Terms & Conditions

  1. Availability – Our services are available from Monday to Friday.
  2. Turn around time – During business hours, a response to a customer query may take anywhere from 2 hours to 48 hours.
  3. Communication: The customer must get in touch with us promptly via email or a MS Teams or Google Meets call, as well as phone call. Email Summaries will have to be exchanged to validate the discussions carried out on a call.
  4. Scheduling – At least 24 hours in advance of the consultation, the client must schedule an appointment with the consultant.
  5. Each session or call has a minimum service duration of 30 minutes. Each email or Skype/Hangouts conversation counts as a single interaction at the very least.
  6. After a Success pack’s validity expires, unused hours cannot be carried over to a new pack.
  7. Under no circumstances will there be any refunds for any purchases made.
  8. If the client violates any of the terms & conditions of the contract, Thrive Bureau Solutions (Pty) Ltd. retains the right to terminate the service agreement.
